How It Works
Step 1:
Contact
Simply email, text or phone using the contact detail found on the website. Once I have received your interest I will send you some simple forms that you need to fill out. These include a PARQ and a health and lifestyle questionnaire. Once you have had time to fill these out, contact me again so we can arrange a free video consultation. This is where we will go over the forms you have filled out and put an action plan it place.
Step 2:
Initial consultation
The initial consultation will be conducted over video chat, in person or a phone call. This will last around 20-30 minutes, but time will vary according to each client. During the initial consultation we will go over in detail the PARQ and the health and lifestyle questionnaire. From the information gathered from this will be start to set goals. We will discuss whether you want to train in a programme format or whether you want one off sessions now and again, or whether there is another option you would prefer. We can then set an action plan.

Step 3:
What happens next?
You are good to go, I will design a personalised programme for you. You can choose to book your sessions online using the simple booking system. Simply press "bookings" at the top of the page. Alternatively you can contact me directly and we can arrange a time that suits you.
