Hi, I’m Harley, founder of HJFITNESS.
Health and fitness have always been a huge part of my life. As a qualified Personal Trainer, I am passionate about helping people build confidence, improve their strength, and create sustainable habits that fit around real life.
Whether your goal is weight loss, building muscle, improving fitness, increasing mobility, or simply feeling better in yourself, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
I believe fitness should be enjoyable, realistic, and tailored to the individual. No two clients are the same, which is why every programme and session is designed around your lifestyle, goals, and experience level.
Alongside my personal training qualifications, I am also qualified in Pre & Post Natal Fitness, allowing me to safely support women throughout pregnancy and after childbirth. My aim is to help clients feel strong, capable, and confident at every stage of their fitness journey.
When I’m not coaching clients, you’ll usually find me spending time with my horses. Horses have been a big part of my life for many years and have taught me the value of patience, consistency, and hard work—qualities I bring into my coaching every day.
My mission is simple: to create a welcoming, supportive environment where people of all ages and fitness levels can thrive, achieve their goals, and become the strongest version of themselves.
