My favourite kinds of training to do is cardio and bodyweight. I follow my own training programme everyday. I constantly look for new exercises and new training styles to better my fitness. I like trying different exercises and I am always looks for ways to improve my training and my teaching.
My hobbies and interests:
I started horse riding at the age of three. I Ride and train seven days a week. My life revolves around Fitness and my horses. Throughout my life I have always been actives, on top of horse riding i have taken part in other activities such as tae-kwon-do and cross country. I have two horse at home and I compete regularly. I take part in showjumping, cross country and vaulting.
Hello, My name is Harley-Jane. I am a fully insured Personal trainer. I studied at Edinburgh college and I gained my HNC in fitness, health and exercise as well as my personal trainer qualifications. I hold a First aid certificate as well as a PVG. My qualifications include exercise for pre and post natal clients. Whilst studying at Edinburgh College I did several weeks work experience at the campus gym.
